Opportunity: Health and Wellness
If we do not learn anything else during the COVID-19 global pandemic, we should all realize now that having emergency funds and having good health matters. I am not a doctor so I can not offer any guidance in the area of medicine or medical treatment. My focus here is mainly financial, so I want to start by sharing something I read on May 3rd, 2020 at Politico.com. The article says "Blacks and Hispanics lost their homes at a far higher rate than whites in the 2007 housing crash, forcing many into rental units. Now, in the latest crisis, it's renters who are the hardest hit — and that's threatening to widen the country's already staggering racial wealth gap (O'Donnell, Barron-Lopez, Cassella, 2020)." THIS IS SO SAD and really has to end!

My associates and I are prepared to do all we can to help people live healthier and wealthier lives. We know this pandemic is serious and a lot of people are suffering. Unfortunately, some things are just out of our control. There are no magic wands to wish our problems away. Each of us has to roll up our sleeves, put the past behind us, and press on.

My advice is simple: forget everything that happened yesterday, last week, last year, or 10 years ago. The TIME to ACT is NOW!

​We know how much work goes into generating leads and how important leads are. We also know how important it is to respond to leads fast! A recent survey said "85% of lost sales are due to lead neglect." Without an effective method of lead identification, management and tracking, the chances of losing a sale to lead neglect is very high. On the other hand, the last thing people want is a bunch of sales pitches in their inbox or on their mobile phone every day. I don't know about you, but that really irritates me. So if you are going to create an automated system, put yourself in the shoes of the recipient and proceed accordingly. Just remember, before you generate leads, you need to first identify [or create] something people want to buy.
Most people in America live paycheck to paycheck. Pre COVID-19, the average family could not handle a $400 emergency; which is really a shame. Over the years, some employers got exponentially richer while employees fought for raises and decent healthcare. If you agree that it is time to do things differently, let's find a way to leverage this global reset as an opportunity for a fresh start. Join me in putting the past behind and planning for a better future. There are no limits to success when you rise above fears, circumstances and self-imposed limitations.
